Agencies recruiting early years teachers for Thailand

FlyTeachers, Alliance Recruitment Agency and Teach East say they recruit early years teachers and name Thailand as a destination.

Three agencies cover Thailand and early years. Teach East lists an office in Singapore and Hong Kong among its six bases, and its job-listing links include Thailand. FlyTeachers lists London as its headquarters with a Seoul office, and says employers can post jobs for free while candidates apply through a free account. Alliance Recruitment Agency states that teachers do not pay a fee, that schools pay the placement fee and that it has operated since 2010. Alliance has no live vacancies page in our record.

Five of the 64 Thailand schools we list show an early years phase: three in Bangkok, one in Chonburi and one in Chiang Mai. Two have a careers page in our records. For the licence step, a Thailand Starter Kit guide describes a first temporary Khurusapha teacher licence lasting two years and renewable twice, and a permanent licence of five years with unlimited renewals. It says foreigners need a Non-Immigrant B visa and a work permit before they can apply.
