How to choose an agency

  1. Start with where you want to teach. Each country page lists only agencies that name that country on their own site.
  2. Check the agency recruits for your phase or subject, and the curriculum you teach.
  3. Confirm whether it is free for candidates. Most agencies are paid by schools; a few search firms charge teachers.
  4. Look at its live vacancies. An agency with current roles in your destination is more useful than a general promise.
  5. Vet the school as well as the agency: check its accreditation on the schools pages.
