Agencies recruiting early years teachers for United Arab Emirates

Nine agencies cover early years in the UAE, so the useful question is who has local roots. Teachers in UAE says it was established in 2010 by Ruth Harron, is based in Northern Ireland, has an office in Dubai and lists Taaleem, Bloom, Aldar and GES among its partner schools or groups. Byron Recruitment states there is no charge to teachers and lists offices in Ireland and Brunei Darussalam. Teaching International says it connects teachers with schools in Dubai and the wider Middle East. The rest are Worldteachers, International Teachers Plus, FlyTeachers, chk Education, Alliance and Teach East.

This is the largest early years school list in our data: 26 of 151 UAE schools show the phase. Eighteen are in Dubai, six in Abu Dhabi, and one each in Al Ain and Sharjah, and 18 have a careers page in our records. GOV.UK says BSO-accredited schools are inspected every three years, and that a school without BSO accreditation cannot offer statutory induction to early career teachers.
